Where are your products from?
All our products listed are designed in-house by our creative designer and manufactured in small batches by our manufacturing partners. Products are produced in a safe work environment and all workers are paid fairly. Selected products may also be part of a creative collaboration with brands that we love.
How often do you release new collection?
We don't have a fixed date/day for our new releases at the moment. You can follow us on our Instagram @afterjulystudio or sign up for our mailing list to get the first dibs on our new collections.
We have made use of leftover fabrics from manufacturing to create scrunchies and headbands, reducing waste. We are also hope to switch to using more environment friendly materials in our products. You can do your part by leaving a comment under your order comment section to request for less plastic packaging when you shop with us. (applies for orders with more than 2 items)
What size should I get?
Kindly refer to our general sizing guide here for any queries on our garment sizings. Alternatively, our team is here to assist so feel free to email us at email@example.com should you require further assistance
Can my orders be changed?
To facilitate an efficient shopping experience, we do not allow any changes made to orders after they have been packed and dispatched. Please do kindly ensure your order are correct before making payment.
We offer a one-off discount code that is available upon joining our mailing list. Email containing the discount code may be sent to your junk mail.
Why won't the discount code work?
Do refer to the terms for the discount code. Generally, discount codes are not applicable for sale or lifestyle products.
When is the delivery man coming?
Once you received a confirmation email, our team will pack and ship out your order within 1-3 working days. It will take between 1-3 days(excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) via standard shipping for you to receive your order.
How can I receive my parcel as soon as I can? I need them urgently!
Please drop us an email if you need to receive your order urgently. We will try our best to accomodate to your request.
What is the tracking number for my parcel?
Tracking number will be provided upon request. Do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to request for your parcel's tracking number.
What is the return policy like?
We do offer a return policy. Please note that returns are not valid for orders made using any promotional codes or sale items.
If an item is not valid for returns, it will be stated in the product description. All returns will be refunded via store credits. We do not offer a cash refund policy.
If you would like to request for a return for your purchase, please take note of the following:
- Please email us at email@example.com within 7 working days upon receiving the product.
- A notification email will be sent to you within 2 working days with an update of your request. The email will state our mailing details and your return should reach us within 7 working days. Any returns that do not meet the stipulated time frame will be denied.
- All defective or return product(s) are to be returned in its original condition with its original tag intact, unwashed, unworn and unaltered.
- We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request if the return product is not in its original condition.
- We will not be responsible if the product gets lost in transit. We recommend that you opt for a trackable mode of shipping to deliver the product back to us.
- All return shipping charges will be paid by you for returns
- In an event of a rejected return, all shipping charges will be borne by customers.
- Items not valid for returns will be stated in Item description.
- We do not accept any returns if you purchased our products from a third party.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for us to issue your store credits upon received your return parcel.
If you would like to do a size exchange, please do a return and re-purchase the item using your store credits.
