Terms and Conditions

General

AFTERJULY LLP (hereinafter known as “afterjuly”, “our”, “we”, “us”) is a Limited Liability Partnership company incorporated in Singapore under the registration number T18LL1392G. Our website www.afterjuly.com (hereinafter known as the “site”), our products and services will follow in accordance to the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter known as T&Cs) outlined on this page. By accessing the site and using our products and services, you are acknowledging  and agreeing to the T&Cs stated on the site. We reserve the rights to update and modify our T&Cs periodically with or without notice. Please check the T&Cs page regularly for any updates in changes to our T&Cs.

  • Our working hours are from Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • All emails and enquires will be reverted within 1-3 working days.

Terms of Sales & Order Placement

  1. By submitting an order on the site, you are offering to purchase a product. Please ensure that the information provided to us is true and accurate.
  2. Please kindly make sure that the correct product in your desired colour/size/quantity is selected before checking out.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that all orders placed are accurate. We will not be held liable for any inaccuracy in your order placement.
  4. We are unable to amend or change any order(s) placed once the order has been confirmed.
  5. Your purchase is confirmed only after payment for the item(s) has been made.
  6. In an unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order(s), a refund will be processed without prior notice.
  7. We reserves the right to cancel or reject any order(s) without any prior notice.

Payment

We accept payments via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards. All prices are stated in Singapore Dollar Currency by default. If you are paying in a foreign currency, your bank will convert the amount payable into your local currency. Any refunds needed will be processed through the original mode of payment unless otherwise stated.

Shipping:

  1. Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after order confirmation.
  2. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and accurate for a timely delivery. We will not be liable for any incorrect information provided by customers.
  3. We will require your contact information as a form of contact for your parcel to be delivered promptly.
  4. There may be delays in delivery if any necessary information needed are inaccurate.

Bounced/Return Packages

In an unlikely event of any bounced/return package, our team will be in touch with you through email. Any follow-up delivery charges will be borne by customers. 

Variations in Items and Products

  1. We strive to provide accurate measurements for all our products. Please view our sizing guide here for more information on how to choose a product that best fits you.
  2. Do account for possible measurement discrepancy of 0.5 - 0.75 inch when you are choosing a product size.
  3. Please note that products colours displayed on the site may differ slightly due to lighting conditions and different screen resolutions.
  4. Please note that the placement of prints on selected product(s) that you receive may differ from the site due to manufacturing procedures.
  5. No exchanges or returns are allowed based on the different placement of prints on the product as it is not deemed as a defective product.
  6. Should the placement of prints be consistent for every piece, it will be stated in the item description. However, please allow slight dispensaries due to manufacturing procedures.  
  7. Please always check the item description for more information on the placement of prints for each product.
  8. Due to the nature of digital printing, there might be some minor imperfections which will not be considered as a defect. 

Back Orders

For restock/backorder items, please take note of the following:

  • Items’ arrival are an estimate only and delays might be present due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  • No refunds will be provided once payment has been made.
  • Items from the Backorder batch may differ slightly from the Original batch.
  • Orders placed together with any in stock item will be mailed separately.
  • In an event of insufficient quantity, a full refund will be issued via store credits.

Sale/Discount Codes

  • No exchanges, returns and refunds are accepted for items purchased for sale items or using any promotional or discount codes.

Return Policy 

We do offer a return policy. Please note that returns are not valid for orders made using any promotional codes or sale items.

If an item is not valid for returns, it will be stated in the product description. All returns will be refunded via store credits. We do not offer a cash refund policy.

If you would like to request for a return for your purchase, please take note of the following:

  • Please email us at hello@afterjuly.com within 7 working days upon receiving the product.
  • A notification email will be sent to you within 2 working days with an update of your request. The email will state our mailing details and your return should reach us within 7 working days. Any returns that do not meet the stipulated time frame will be denied.
  • All defective or return product(s) are to be returned in its original condition with its original tag intact, unwashed, unworn and unaltered.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request if the return product is not in its original condition.
  • We will not be responsible if the product gets lost in transit. We recommend that you opt for a trackable mode of shipping to deliver the product back to us.
  • All return shipping charges will be paid by you for returns
  • In an event of a rejected return, shipping charges will be borne by customers when we mail the item back to you.
  • Items not valid for returns will be stated in Item description.
  • We do not accept any returns if you purchased our products from a third party.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for us to issue your store credits upon received your return parcel.

If you would like to do a size exchange, please do a return and re-purchase the item using your store credits. 

Store Credits

  • Store Credits issued by us will be valid for 1 year, starting from the date of issue.
  • Items purchased using store credit will not valid for any exchanges or returns.
  • Any purchases that exceeds the value of the store credit will require an additional top up for the remaining value. 

Defective/Incorrect Item

We would like to extend our sincere apology if you have received a defective item. In an unlikely event that you received a defective product, please take note of the following:

  • Please email us at hello@afterjuly.com within 7 working days upon receiving the product.
  • A notification email will be sent to you within 2 working days with an update of your request. The email will state our mailing details and your return should reach us within 7 working days. Any returns that do not meet the stipulated time frame will be denied.
  • All defective or exchange product(s) are to be returned in its original condition with its original tag intact, unwashed, unworn and unaltered.
  • An 1-to-1 exchange for a new piece will be processed upon receiving your defective item.
  • Shipping fees that was incurred in shipping the item back to us will be refunded as store credits.
  • We do not accept any exchanges or returns if you purchased our products from a third party.
  • Due to the nature of digital printing, there might be some minor imperfections which will not be considered as a defect.

All exchanges are subjected to the availability of the product. If we are unable to fulfill an exchange, a refund will be issued to you via store credits.

Privacy Policy

afterjuly is dedicated to protecting your privacy when you access to the site. We respect the confidentiality of your personal information that you provide us when you sign up for our newsletter or/and when you place an order on the site. Personal information that we might receive from you includes your name, address, email address, contact number and credit card details. The main purpose of getting your personal information is to facilitate operational and management duties so as to ensure that your order reaches to you efficiently as well as to improve your shopping experience at Afterjuly.

Intellectual property

All information and content including images and graphics, displayed on the site belongs exclusively to afterjuly. They are restricted to personal and non-commercial uses only which must be credited back to us, www.afterjuly.com. You should not copy, reproduce, modify, publish or display for any commercial or business uses from the site unless permitted and with our knowledge. 

At afterjuly, we standby the ethos of creating and innovating original prints.

  1. We do not outsource our prints.
  2. All our prints are designed by our in-house designer.
  3. We are committed to keeping our prints original.
  4. Our in-house prints will follow in accordance with the Copyright Law in Singapore.

Please take note of the following 

  1. We do not sell or release any of our prints to any third party unless otherwise stated.
  2. We strictly condemn any form of imitation and copying of our prints.
  3. We will not hesitate to take further action if found that our textiles have been imitated or copied by a third party

We reserve the rights to reject or refuse service to any individual that is deemed to have violated our terms.
